Prepare the required ingredients according to the list in the quantities specified in the recipe. Peel and wash the onion, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Cut the peeled onion into small cubes or chop in a blender bowl. Take a deep bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onion, cottage cheese and egg whites in it. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste.
Start forming cutlets from the prepared minced meat; to do this, take a small amount of meat mass and form a ball out of it. Press down the slightly formed ball of minced meat and place it in a preheated frying pan without oil to fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Follow similar steps with all ground meat.
