Rinse the greens and beef and dry with a paper towel. Cook the beef: pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Place the meat in boiling water. Wait until the water boils again and skim off any foam that has formed. Cook the meat for 2 hours. 15 minutes before cooking, add salt and your favorite spices. This will add a piquant taste to the finished dish. Hard boil the eggs: place them in cold water and cook for 8 minutes after boiling. Dip the finished eggs into ice water and peel. To prevent eggs from leaking during cooking, add 0.5 tsp. salt into water. To clean the eggs better, quickly plunge them into ice water.
Dice the onion and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Cut the beef into small cubes. Also chop hard-boiled chicken eggs.
Place the onions in a bowl and cover with vinegar for 1-2 minutes, then transfer the pickled onions to a salad bowl.
Assemble the salad: add beef, egg, grated cheese, mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper to taste to a bowl with pickled onions.
Mix the salad thoroughly and garnish it with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
Serve the salad with half a hard-boiled egg and a sprig of fresh dill.
