Place all ingredients on the table for easy preparation. Wash and peel the vegetables.
Cut the sausages into circles and the onion into half rings. Chop the garlic.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Place pasta in boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil for a few minutes.
Add the sausages to the pan and fry the ingredients for 5 minutes, stirring, over moderate heat.
Add tomato paste, spices and garlic to the pan. Mix all ingredients.
Pour 50 ml of water into the pan and simmer the ingredients over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then mix the pasta with the sauce and keep the dish on medium heat for another 2 minutes.
