Cut young radishes into small slices.
Chop the cucumber into the same small slices.
Try to cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Remove the boiled eggs from the shell and chop into small cubes.
Mix everything chopped thoroughly until smooth and season with kvass, as well as sour cream or mayonnaise.
Serve okroshka refreshingly cold. It is better to add kvass and other seasonings to taste to the mixture immediately before serving the dish.
