Pre-wash the turkey meat, wait until the excess moisture is gone, and then cut it into steaks. Rub them with chicken seasoning and salt. Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a medium grater to serve. Tip: If desired, you can also use dried herbs, which will add a pleasant flavor to the turkey steaks.
Fry the meat. Grease a special grill pan with a little oil and heat well. Place the steak in a hot frying pan, fry it for 2-3 minutes until crust forms on both sides.
